Understand the field

  • Design thinking process 
  • UX lifecycle (research → design → test) 
  • Real-world case studies 
  • How companies design apps like Uber, Instagram 

 

WEEK 2: User Research (Most Important UX Skill)

Understand users deeply

  • User research methods (interviews, surveys) 
  • User personas 
  • Pain points & user journeys 
  • Competitor analysis 

Create personas + research report

 

WEEK 3: Information Architecture & User Flows

Structure the product

  • User flows (step-by-step journey) 
  • Information architecture 
  • Navigation design 
  • Wireframes (low-fidelity) 

Build:
 App flow (e.g., food delivery app)

 

WEEK 4: Wireframing & Prototyping

Start designing

  • Wireframing (low → high fidelity) 
  • Prototyping basics

Tools:

  • Figma (industry standard) 

Build:
 Clickable prototype

 

 WEEK 5: UI Design (Visual Design Mastery)

Goal: Make designs beautiful

  • Color theory 
  • Typography 
  • Layout & spacing 
  • UI components (buttons, cards, forms) 


 Design a clean app interface

 

WEEK 6: Interaction Design & Usability

Improve user experience

  • Interaction design (animations, micro-interactions) 
  • Usability principles (Heuristics) 
  • Accessibility (important in 2026) 

 Build:
 Smooth, user-friendly interface

 

WEEK 7: Product Design Thinking ( High-End Skill)

Think like a product designer

  • Business thinking + UX 
  • Problem-solving mindset 
  • MVP (Minimum Viable Product) 
  • Metrics (user retention, conversion) 

Learn:
 How design impacts business

WEEK 8: Final Project (Portfolio)
